Delivered to the highest quality, this fit-out was tailored to suit the requirements of a multinational corporate environment.

Value: 300K

Builder: Mettle Projects NSW

Scope of Works

  • Complete strip-out and refurbishment across 3 office levels

  • New installation of lighting, power, and communications infrastructure

  • Implementation of soft-glare lighting to enhance employee comfort and wellbeing

  • Works aligned to meet WELL Building Standard guidelines

  • Modifications to the main switchboard to accommodate a rooftop solar PV system

  • High-end finishes and integration for a global corporate standard

Wellbeing-Focused Design

A major design driver for this project was the implementation of a lighting system that supports staff wellbeing. We installed soft-glare, human-centric lighting throughout all office spaces, promoting comfort, focus, and reduced eye strain in alignment with the WELL Building Standard.

Sustainable Infrastructure Upgrades

As part of the upgrade, our team completed alterations to the existing main switchboard, allowing for the future integration of a solar panel system on the building’s roof. This supports Beiersdorf’s broader sustainability goals and provides a foundation for future energy efficiency initiatives.

Project Outcome

The Beiersdorf North Ryde office now benefits from a modern, wellbeing-focused electrical fit-out that meets the expectations of a global brand. Active Conductors delivered a precise and compliant solution, integrating smart lighting, sustainable infrastructure, and high-end finishes throughout the three-level refurbishment.
