Scope of Works

• Over 10,000 square metres of new electrical, lighting, and communications infrastructure

• Full CAT 6A structured cabling upgrade for high-speed, reliable connectivity

• Implementation of intelligent lighting control systems using CBUS and DALI protocols

• Fit-out of state-of-the-art executive meeting rooms with integrated AV-ready electrical services

• Replacement and upgrade of 21+ distribution boards (approximately seven per floor)

• Installation of energy-efficient lighting and new power layouts across all levels

Live Environment Delivery

This project integrated cutting-edge lighting automation through CBUS and DALI protocols, enabling flexible lighting zones, energy efficiency, and seamless control throughout the office levels. These systems were designed to scale with future smart-building upgrades.
