Delivered in two stages, this project involved a full strip-out and rebuild of the existing store, incorporating cutting-edge lighting control, high-load appliance wiring, and bespoke automation—all tailored to support an ultra-luxury retail experience.

Smart Lighting & Automation

All showroom lighting is fully automated and controlled through Winnings’ proprietary lighting control system, utilising DALI protocol for flexible dimming, zoning, and scene management. The result is a seamless, modern lighting solution that elevates the showroom’s high-end design.

Managing Power for Fully Functioning Brand Partner Appliance Displays

With dozens of high-current appliances operating simultaneously—including ovens, induction cooktops, and washing machines—our team installed a custom solution to prevent power overloads. We installed an intelligent load shedding controller, designed to regulate the showroom’s maximum demand in real time. This ensures the system remains within capacity while allowing the brand partners to evaluate the appliance's performance under maximum usage.

Project Outcome

The Winnings Waterloo showroom now operates as a fully functional, automated retail environment, with live appliance displays and responsive lighting showcasing Australia’s top appliance brands.
