The refurbishment included the integration of CBUS lighting automation and DALI protocol controls, providing precise, programmable lighting scenes for both the lobby and arcade. A touchscreen control panel was installed at the concierge desk, giving building staff seamless access to manage lighting across the upgraded zones.

The enhanced lobby and arcade spaces now reflect the building’s commercial prestige and support modern usability with intuitive, intelligent lighting control.
