Scope of Works

  • Electrical services for 6 residential apartments and 3 commercial tenancies

  • Installation of recessed LED lighting, power, and data/communications throughout

  • Relocation of overhead powerlines underground to modernise site power supply

  • Compliance with heritage building requirements and preservation protocols

  • Coordination with builders and heritage consultants to ensure non-intrusive electrical works

Heritage-Conscious Electrical Installation

Working within a heritage-listed structure, our team ensured all electrical installations respected the existing fabric of the building. Recessed LED lighting and concealed conduit runs allowed us to deliver modern electrical functionality without compromising aesthetic or structural elements.

Mixed-Use Complexity

The project required clear zoning and separation of electrical systems between residential and commercial areas. From apartments to retail-ready commercial tenancies, we provided tailored electrical layouts to suit each use while integrating all services into a single, efficient main switchboard system.

Project Outcome

This project showcases Active Conductors’ ability to manage complex electrical works in heritage and mixed-use developments. From underground power relocation to detailed lighting fit-outs, we delivered a compliant, high-functioning solution that respects Newtown’s character while meeting modern expectations.
