This premium project involved the full strip-out of outdated infrastructure and the installation of modern electrical systems to support a range of executive-use spaces, including private offices, meeting rooms, amenities, and a state-of-the-art video conferencing suite.

Smart Lighting & Executive Functionality

The executive space was equipped with DALI-controlled lighting for fully programmable scenes, energy efficiency, and enhanced user comfort. Lighting layouts and controls were tailored for individual offices, shared meeting spaces, and breakout zones to support flexible work styles and professional presentation.

Technology-Driven Design

A core feature of this fit-out was the integration of a state-of-the-art video conferencing room, which included power, data, and AV-ready infrastructure. This space was designed to support the hospital’s administrative leadership with reliable, high-quality communications.
